Why do you choose to have long hair?
I get this question a lot. Why do you have long hair? Or why don't you cut your hair?
I wanted to address this on a video, a few minutes explaining my reason for my choice to keep my hair long.

My daughter and I ministered this song at a local homeless shelter. Previously we ministered this song at church and I was lead to worship at the homeless shelter with prayers that it would bring them hope and encouragement.

We are waging a war every day as Christians. We are constantly in a battle with our adversary who wants us to stop praising Jesus the one true living God. When you are called and chosen you accept the battle and you fight against the wiles of the devil in the spirit and for the glory of Jesus Christ.
Say Yes Lord and serve Him on a continual basis. Cast you worries and your cares on Him by trusting Him and turning to Him for all of your needs. Jesus will never let you down.
Deuteronomy 31:6 - Be strong and of a good courage, fear not, nor be afraid of them: for the LORD thy God, he [it is] that doth go with thee; he will not fail thee, nor forsake thee.
Hebrews 13:5 - [Let your] conversation [be] without covetousness; [and be] content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.
Isaiah 41:10-13 - Fear thou not; for I [am] with thee: be not dismayed; for I [am] thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.

What Love is This - Sign Language Worship
On Sunday my daughter and I worshiped Jesus at church. The first time I heard this song I thought it is a perfect song inspired by Jesus himself. Soft piano and Kari's beautiful, anointed voice, edifying Jesus and the love He has for us.
This song is such a personal song for me. I strongly believe that once we understand the love He has for us we can see ourselves the way that He sees us. This is major. He loves me even when I fail. He loves me even when I struggle to love myself. He loves me when I make mistakes. He is always ENOUGH for me.
So many people don't know how much Jesus loves them. This song really touched me. I hope you enjoy the sign language worship my daughter and I put together.

Andrew Dennis passed away in his early 20's from cancer October 2016. His family knows he is in heaven but it doesn't make it easy. Prayers for the family for comfort.
